K-pop darlings BLACKPINK aren’t just known for their insanely catchy bangers and killer stage presence – they also boast an impeccable sense of style. Their latest music video for ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ is no exception, which served up plenty of iconic looks from colour-coordinated duds to sequined gowns to even wigs and tiaras.

However, these designer threads certainly don’t come cheap – for instance, Jennie’s rainbow chiffon gown cashes in at a whopping $5,295. And the pair of pink gloves Lisa was wearing? A casual 500 bucks. But hey, who says you have to break an arm and a leg just to dress like your favourite BLACKPINK member? We show you how you can cop their looks with these ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’-inspired outfits – sans the celebrity price tag!

12 May 2018 by Chew Hui Ling

Rihanna did it again. Enter Savage X Fenty, which features a diverse variety of bras, corsets, bodysuits and underwear that caters to women of every shape and size.

A post shared by SAVAGE X FENTY (@savagexfenty) on

“Women should be wearing lingerie for their damn selves. I can only hope to encourage confidence and strength by showing lingerie in another light. You don’t have to stick to one personality with lingerie; it’s fun to play around. You can be cute and playful one week and a black widow next week. I want people to wear Savage x Fenty and think, I’m a bad b*tch. I want women to own their beauty.”

Bras will be available from 32A to 44DD, with lingerie, undies and loungewear coming in sizes from XS to 3XL. And it doesn’t hurt that everything’s incredibly affordable, with many of the pieces ringing in under $200 SGD. Even better, Savage x Fenty ships to Singapore!

Here's Your First Look At EXO Baekhyun's New Streetwear Line

7 May 2018 by Chew Hui Ling

It’s no secret that Baekhyun’s one heck of a multi-talented man – he’s got the vocals, the looks, the charm, and the style factor that will eventually lead the K-pop sensation to launch his own fashion line. Introducing Privé by BBH, a unisex streetwear label that will officially launch on 1 July.

According to Vogue, the project was conceived when fashion editor and stylist Danyl Geneciran came onboard as the brand director of the New York-based fashion brand. Instead of finding a famous face to front the campaign, the L’Officiel fashion editor wanted to partner up with “a true collaborator”. “I really wanted an artist to be hands-on and committed to being part of the brand,” says Danyl, which led him to appoint Baekhyun as the co-creative director of Privé.

The debut six-piece collection will consist of unisex T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, followed by monthly drops of coats, bomber jackets and other streetwear essentials. As the creative brains behind the brand, Baekhyun’s signature style is evident in many of the designs – even the self-portraits and contact sheets on the pieces were shot personally by Baekhyun. Considering the EXO member’s star power, one would’ve expected the price tag to be much higher. However, it’s surprisingly affordable and accessible to everyone. Get this: everything’s under $100.
