Here's Your First Look At The New UNIQLO X BT21 Collaboration, Dropping On 21 June!

After weeks of rumours on a possible tie-up with BT21, the Japanese global retailer has finally confirmed the news in an Instagram post earlier this morning: the collaboration of every ARMY’s dream is officially happening!

Since earlier this year, UNIQLO has been going full steam ahead with a smorgasbord of new collaborations launched every other day – the latest additions to its lineup being the Pixar Vacation UT Collection and the Manga UT Collection – and they show no signs of stopping anytime soon. Finally, there’s something for the K-pop fans: a whole new collection dedicated to the iconic characters of BT21.

BT21 is no stranger to collabs either. Created by K-pop supergroup BTS in partnership with LINE Friends, these lovable icons (Chimmy, Cooky, Koya, Mang, RJ, Shooky and Tata) have since teamed up with the likes of Anti Social Social Club, :CHOCOOLATE and Converse to launch a series of oh-so-adorable collectibles ranging from apparel to footwear to cosmetics. Thus, it’s of no surprise that UNIQLO decided to jump onto the bandwagon. 

The first project to be unveiled as part of a new LINE FRIENDS collaboration, the range features a total of 11 designs across 12 colours – and we think they may just give KAWS a run for their money. Bad news for scalpers though; UNIQLO has implemented restrictions for each customer to only purchase only one piece per UT design and colour. Brace yourselves for the T-shirt war!

Head Back To Hogwarts With The New Vans x Harry Potter Collection!

After dropping several hints with their social media teasers, the much-anticipated Vans x Harry Potter collaboration is finally here!

Inspired by JK Rowling’s Wizarding World and in collaboration with Warner Bros., the collection will feature footwear, apparel and accessories that will delight any Potterhead. These exclusive items will be styled in colours, emblems and graphics that are reminiscent of the franchise, making sure that both the followers of Dumbledore and Voldemort can get their desired dose of magic.


For those who are feeling house proud, get represented with the four exclusive kicks donning the colourways of each house: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. Each pair is designed in the classic Vans silhouette, promising a clear distinction amongst one another.

UNIQLO Launches A New Line Of Pokemon T-Shirts, Available In Singapore From 24 June!

It seems like the Pokemon frenzy is still going strong!

Thanks to the recent box office success of Detective Pikachu – which unknowingly ignited a renewed love for the furry yellow sleuth in Pokemon fans old and new – it’s of no surprise we’re getting news of merchandise drops every other day. Well, the inner Ash Ketchum wannabe in us certainly ain’t complaining, and if anything, this just gives us more reason to buy ’em all.

The latest name to join forces with the mega franchise is UNIQLO, who will be launching a new line of Pokemon-themed graphic tees featuring award-winning designs from its annual UT Grand Prix contest. Over 18,000 entries from fans all over the world were submitted, but only 22 shortlisted designs will make their debut on UNIQLO aisles.

Nabbing the top prize is China’s Li Wen Pei, who designed his Gyarados-inspired shirt using the “totem style” to portray its “evolution from weakness to mightiness”. However, he was later disqualified. Other notable designs include a Pikachu chilling under the tree (in this case, an Exeggutor), a Ditto in soda form, and Team Rocket trying to catch a Pikachu doll in a claw machine. How can you resist not getting these adorable tees?

UNIQLO Is Back With Another KAWS Collaboration, Complete With New UT Designs And Tote Bags

Arguably one of the most popular and best-selling collaborations to date, the past UNIQLO x KAWS lines were a hit amongst Sesame Street enthusiasts – which inevitably left fans wanting more.

Teaming up with the New York-based pop artist once again, the upcoming KAWS: SUMMER collection introduces 21 new UT designs that take inspiration from his career-spanning catalog of sculptures and artworks. Although there’s no sign of Elmo and gang for this time round, loyal KAWS aficionados will still be glad to know that his beloved COMPANION and BFF characters will be making appearances in his designs.


Besides a curated selection of T-shirts for both adults and kids, one can also take home specially-designed tote bags to complement your KAWS-ready outfit.

Take A Trip Back To The 80s With H&M's New Stranger Things Collection

The third season of Stranger Things is almost upon us! As we get ready to embark on our adventure back to the mysterious town of Hawkins on 4 July, H&M is kickstarting the countdown with an all-new collection inspired by all things Stranger Things.

Arriving in H&M stores and online from 12 June onwards, the global clothing retailer has teamed up with Netflix to launch an 80s-themed capsule collection set around the fictional community pool – starring Hawkins’ very own Billy Hargrove (played by Dacre Montgomery) as the face of the campaign.

A playful take on the show’s Upside Down, the unisex range features an assortment of summery prints and retro silhouettes that would be great additions to your beach-ready wardrobe – from vintage graphic tees to floral rompers, lifeguard swimsuits to matching red swim shorts. There are also poolside accessories such as an oversized visor, a mesh baseball cap, pool slides and some statement sunglasses to get you covered for a day of fun in the sun.

If you need more reason to cop it, some of the pieces in this collection will also be worn by the cast in the upcoming third season so that’s something to look forward to.
