We’re more than halfway through the year and to kickstart our last quarter of 2019, here are 16 events to get excited about alongside our highly-anticipated National Day long weekend.
1 to 12 August: Hugo x Liam Payne Capsule Pop-Up
As Hugo’s new global ambassador, One Direction member Liam Payne has collaborated with the brand and designed an exclusive capsule which will be launched in Singapore from 1 August at the Hugo x Liam Payne Capsule Pop-Up. It doesn’t take much to be kind to others. Learn more about the Singapore Kindness Movement at this interactive exhibition as you try your luck at the Singa’s Paw Machine, colour the wall mural and enjoy the many photo opportunities at the photo wall. Plus, stand a chance to redeem a mini DIY Singa when you post a photo you’ve taken at the exhibition on your social media with the hashtag #BeGreaterSG.

2 to 4 August: Singapasar 2019
The third edition of Singapasar is back! Bringing together the best and the newest of all things Singapore, come and soak in the National Day cheer at this design-centric market where you can find homegrown brands with their locally designed (and made) furniture, apparel, accessories and more.

2 August to 15 September: Singapore River Festival 2019
Back for its fifth year, the Singapore River Festival spans across three quays along the Singapore River where guests can enjoy a highlight event at each location that suits their vibe. Aside from the live music performances, you’ll also get to indulge in local delights like ha cheong kai, sambal sotong and wanton mee!

3 & 4 August: Music For A Cause 2019
Known as Singapore’s social cause music festival, Music For A Cause returns for its fourth edition as part of the YOUTHX weekend – with two days of good music featuring 13 local acts such as Joanna Dong and Charlie Lim, who are performing in support of 16 social causes.

10 & 11 August: Gardens By The Bay and MediaCorp National Day Concert
Come enjoy the National Day long weekend at Gardens by the Bay with two days of exciting performances from renowned homegrown acts such as Kit Chan, Kumar and rising sensation Jasmine Sokko. Plus, you’ll also be able to fuel up with food trucks at the venue, and get up-close with your favourite local celebs!

15 August: The Black Skirts ‘Thirsty’ Asia Tour 2019
Following the release of his most recent studio album, indie singer-songwriter Brian Cho (or better known by his moniker The Black Skirts) is set to take the stage in Singapore as part of his Thirsty Asia Tour with a lineup of chart-topping singles. 15 August: The Vamps Four Corners Tour in Singapore

Former Wanna One member Kang Daniel is headed to Singapore for his first ever fanmeeting following his debut as a soloist. 24 August: 2019 NU’EST Concert <Segno> In Singapore
The wait is over – K-pop boy group NU’EST is set to take the stage at their first-ever solo concert here in Singapore! 25 August: 2019 SF9 Live Fantasy #2 Unixerse in Singapore
Fantasys, are you ready to welcome the talented boys of SF9 back to our shores? Fans can expect to see special stages as well as live renditions of new tracks off their latest mini album, RPM.
