We bet you wouldn’t have placed Harry Potter and Game of Thrones together ’cause they are of completely different worlds. But thanks to the actors and actresses who’ve appeared in both series, we can’t help but wonder which of their characters would win in a fight to the death – if it really comes down to that. Here are our predictions!

#1 Michelle Fairley

Hermione’s mother (HP) vs Catelyn Stark (GOT) 

There is no doubt that Catelyn Stark will win this round. Do we really need to explain? Both characters are gentle and loving mothers but Hermione’s mother is a dentist and we’re pretty sure she wouldn’t know how to fight using dentist’s tools. Whereas Lady Stark wouldn’t hesitate to kill for her family. 

WINNER: Catelyn Stark (GOT)

#2 Natalia Tena

Nymphadora Tonks (HP) vs Osha (GOT)

Both characters are as badass in our opinion and it’s gona be a tough fight. But we would say Osha will win in a hand-to-hand fight ’cause although Tonks has magic on her side, Osha has a stronger will to survive as a wildling. Plus we can’t imagine Tonks killing someone.

WINNER: Osha (GOT)

#3 David Bradley

Argus Filch (HP) vs Walder Frey (GOT)

Though we want Lord Frey to be die in the worst possible way, he’s got the brains and sadly, the squib is as dumb as a rock. So Walder Frey wins this round.

#4 Ciarán Hinds

Aberforth Dumbledore (HP) vs Mance Rayder (GOT)

Aberforth has the skills as a wizard and is shown to have great power when aggravated – he managed to deflect hundreds if not thousands of Dementors with a single Patronus Charm in Deathly Hallows Part 2. But it also takes a lot to bring wildlings together and rise to be The King Beyong The Wall even though Mance was a defector from the Night’s Watch. So they’re pretty even right there, plus both of them do have a weak spot, so let’s call this a tie.

WINNER: TIE 

Though we love the Harry Potter series as much as Game of Thrones, there’s no doubt that the characters in GOT are much more badass. Think we got the predictions right/wrong? Let us know in the comments below!
