Though the game is not officially available in Singapore yet, no harm prepping ourselves in order to be the very best right? We share with you some tips plus what we’ve seen on the web so far about the game (the good, the bad and the weird) so that you’d be mentally prepared for Pokémon Go. 3 things you need
When you play Pokémon Go, other than your phone of course.
#1 Sunscreen
Trust us, you will be out a lot more and if you don’t have the habit of putting on sunscreen/sunblock, then we’d recommend getting Bioderma’s Photoderm range which protects your skin and repairs damaged DNA as well. You wouldn’t want to end up with some serious sunburns.
#2 Cap
Firstly, it is to shade yourself from the blistering sun. Secondly, wouldn’t it be so cool of you could turn your cap around just like Ash right before a battle or capturing a Pokémon?!
#3 Portable Charger
We know a lot of people are going to end up playing the game the whole day so we suggest getting them a portable charger as a gift if their birthdays are nearing. They will be eternally grateful.
Or you can just switch on the Battery Saver mode so that your battery wouldn’t be drained as fast.
The Good

Other than travelling to Pokéstops and Gyms, you’d need to walk a specific distance in order to hatch those eggs as well. Time to invest in a bicycle?
Naming your Pokemon
We’re going to have fun with naming our Pokémons when the time comes. Naming a Psyduck as Goreng Pisang is hilarious ’cause it looks like one, geddit geddit?
