ATTEND: MDIS Open House (5 March)

Thinking of enrolling in a course but have no idea what to take up? Head down to MDIS tomorrow (5 March) for their annual Open House to get information on their various courses and find out more about what the school has to offer you! There will also be tons of exciting workshops, seminars and performances, where you can pick up useful and interesting tips, like Japanese gift-wrapping, basic self-defence, insights into graphology, grooming and more.
The MDIS Open House will be held at the MDIS Campus at 501 Stirling Road on Saturday, 5 March 2016 from 10am – 5.30pm. More info here.
EAT: The Sapling
Looking for a delicious yet affordable meal? I’ve heard good reviews about the food from The Sapling, so that’s where I’m headed to this weekend. The Sapling is a student-run training restaurant by SHATEC, that serves contemporary western and asian cuisine, and I think that it’ll be pretty interesting to pay The Sapling a visit, and (briefly) be part of the students’ learning journey. And given SHATEC’s rep as a premium hospitality school, I’m sure it’ll be a memorable experience.
The Sapling is located at 20 Lengkok Bahru, Academy Block, #01-17, Singapore 159053, and is open on weekdays from 11am to 10pm and Saturdays from 8pm to 10pm. More info here.
ATTEND: Hebe ‘If’ World Tour in Singapore
I’ve been looking forward to Hebe’s solo concert in Singapore ever since S.H.E announced it during their concert here last year. During that show, she sang a little snippet of her single ‘Simple Happiness’, which went viral even before the box office success Our Times was released. I can’t wait to hear her sing her older hits like ‘Leave Me Alone’ and ‘Still In Happiness’. Watch our Instagram and Twitter feeds for live updates on the concert!
P/S: Good news for fans who weren’t able to grab tickets to the sold-out show – 100 more Category 1 ($228) seats have opened up! Get your tickets here.

LISTEN: CARNIVAL – B.A.P
If you’ve noticed, B.A.P does comebacks with alternating dark and bright concepts – and now that they’ve wrapped up promotions for MATRIX, we’re getting yet another delirious fun album in the form of CARNIVAL with the aptly-titled ‘Feel So Good’ as the lead single. You’ll see the boys literally rolling into a supermarket, messing around in the photobooth, and err, hanging themselves on hangers (no, seriously) in this hyper-bubbly MV – and if this doesn’t make you smile, I’m not sure what would.
Have y’all bought tickets to B.A.P LIVE ON EARTH 2016 WORLD TOUR SINGAPORE AWAKE!! yet? More deets here!
