It’s morphin’ time, fellow ’90s kiddos! In case you didn’t know, the brand new Power Rangers 2017 reboot is (inhales deeply) finally making its way onto our big screens on 23 March. Hands up if you’re one of us who spent after-school hours mastering those ninja stunts in the playground with your Ranger mates, ’cause your favourite Spandex-wearing superheroes are back – with fancy new armours, loads of teenage angst and more mighty morphin’ action!
In the reboot of the ’90s childhood classic, five high school misfits are inexplicably brought together by destiny to become the Power Rangers, the latest generation in a long line of warriors. When they learn that the world is at the mercy of Rita Repulsa, a powerful witch and a former Ranger, the gang must overcome their personal issues, learn to harness their superpowers and band together as a team in order to save the world.
